UCA prepares its students for 21st century skills through advanced technology. Ms. Raena Christine Tabay spearheaded the orientation of UCA Robotics Club last August 28 at the UCA Auditorium, welcoming students from Grade 2 to Grade 12.
The orientation focused on the expectations throughout the school year. Each student will be engaging themselves to different technical skills, such as design and programming robots, critical-thinking, problem solving and collaboration. There will be a total of 12 sessions with two exhibits to showcase the outcome of their learnings. It will be a hands-on activity that will hone the students’ creativity and prepare them to the actual impact of robotics in their daily lives.
Students looked forward to the newly-opened Robotics Club in UCA. It stirred up curiosity and desire to learn more about robots and alike. Ms. Tabay explained thoroughly the impact of learning the skills of creating robots. Praise God for the opportunity to teach the students. technical skills that they can use in their future endeavors.
